# Organize creators

> Group accounts into creators so their metrics roll up into one view

A **creator** is your own grouping of one or more [accounts](/dashboard/accounts). Use creators to model a single person or brand that posts across multiple profiles — for example, one Instagram account and one TikTok account. Metrics roll up across all of a creator's accounts, so you read one combined view instead of several. Open the **Creators** page from the sidebar.

## Create a creator

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the add-creator modal">
    On the **Creators** page, click **Add creator**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Name it">Enter a name for the creator and save.</Step>

  <Step title="Link accounts">
    Add accounts to the creator from its row or its detail page. You can also assign an account to a creator when you [add the account](/dashboard/accounts).
  </Step>
</Steps>

When you have no creators yet, the page shows an empty state with a call to action to create your first one.

## The creators table

The table lists every creator with:

* **Name**.
* **Status** — active or paused.
* **Connected-accounts count**.
* **Total followers** across its accounts.

From each row you can pause or resume, edit (rename), and add an account inline. Select multiple rows to **bulk delete**. Click a row to open the creator detail page.

## Pause and resume

Pausing a creator pauses every account connected to it. Resume to start collecting again. This is the quickest way to stop tracking a whole group at once without deleting anything.

<Note>
  Pausing acts on the creator's accounts. To pause a single profile independently,
  manage it on the [account](/dashboard/accounts) instead.
</Note>

## Creator detail

Click a row to open the creator detail page. It includes:

* A header with the creator's name and status.
* A **7d / 30d / 90d** selector.
* A time-series chart that aggregates all of the creator's accounts.
* A grid of connected account cards.
* An **Add account** action to link a new account to the creator.

For how the rolled-up metrics and windows are calculated, see [Read analytics](/dashboard/analytics).
