CreatorAudit tracks videos in two ways. Account videos are discovered automatically from the feeds of the accounts you track. Individual videos are posts you add yourself by URL, shortcode, or ID — handy for following a specific post that isn’t on a tracked account, or that you want on its own schedule.

Both kinds share the same metrics and the same video detail page.

Account videos

Open Account videos from the sidebar to see every video discovered across your tracked accounts. The table includes columns for account, platform, thumbnail, caption, views, plays, likes, comments, shares, saves, posted date, duration, and engagement rate. You can:
  • Search by caption.
  • Filter by platform.
  • Sort sortable columns and pick which columns to show.
  • Paginate the results.
  • Set the metric window with a 7d / 30d / 90d / custom selector.
Click a row for an inline preview. The account name links straight to that account’s detail page.

Individual videos

Open Individual videos from the sidebar to manage videos you track manually.

Add an individual video

1

Open the add-video modal

On the Individual videos page, click Add video.
2

Pick a platform

Choose Instagram or TikTok.
3

Paste the video reference

Paste a full URL, a shortcode, or a numeric ID — the format is auto-detected.
4

Optionally link an account

Link the video to a tracked account if it belongs to one.
5

Set a scrape interval

Choose how often, in hours, CreatorAudit refreshes the video. Save.
The Individual videos table has the same affordances as Account videos — search, platform filter, sorting, a column picker, pagination, and the 7d / 30d / 90d / custom window. From each row you can edit, pause, or delete the video. Click a row to open its detail page.

Video detail

Both kinds of video open the same detail page, which includes:
  • A native platform embed or player.
  • Metadata — caption, platform, posted date, duration, views, likes, comments, shares, saves (where the platform reports them), and engagement rate.
  • A 7d / 30d / 90d time-series chart.
  • Tracking metadata — first tracked, last refresh, scrape interval, and an is-active toggle to pause tracking.
  • A viral-performance indicator.
Use the is-active toggle to pause a single video without deleting it — its history is kept and resumes when you re-enable it.
See Read analytics for what each metric means and how the windows work.
